Responsibilities
Analyze functional and technical requirements to develop structured test plans and cases.
Maintain and document test results within project management tools to track progress and serve as a reference.
Execute manual test cases to detect bugs and performance issues.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and validate fixes to ensure software aligns with business needs.
Create and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
Integrate these tests into CI/CD pipelines and recommend tools and frameworks for process optimization.
Work closely with developers, project managers, and product owners to align on quality goals.
Document and communicate defects clearly, participating in triage meetings to ensure resolution.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of QA experience, preferably in financial services or software development.
Expertise with testing tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail) and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Strong knowledge of SQL and MongoDB for data validation.
Preferred
ISTQB or equivalent QA certification preferred.
