Responsibilities
Maintains a pleasant demeanor and commitment to service
Serves as the first point of contact for field consultants and clients on Signature’s company phone line
Serves as the administrator of Signature’s shared email inbox for addressing and delegating inquiries from field consultants and clients.
Assists Regional Operations Manager and other team members with administrative duties.
Assists with monitoring inspections for timely completion.
Performs accurate company-required record-keeping.
Documents communications in company platforms for transparency to all team members.
Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required
Prior experience in Client Services, Field Management, or the insurance inspection industry required
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Excellent customer and contractor relationship skills
Positive and enthusiastic personality
Excellent organization skills
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Preferred
College degree preferred
