Improve talent management using employee engagement metrics and process improvement methodologies.

Promote corporate values, support meaningful work, and manage organizational change effectively.

Required

Bachelors Degree; MBA appreciated

7-10 years of experience of working as a consultative strategic partner to Executive Leaders Teams in an organization of 1000+ employees or more; has proven experience scaling businesses to their next phase of growth

Strong in the following areas: functional HR knowledge, communication skills, work ethic, passion for learning, resilience, self-motivation, problem solving capabilities

Experience in influencing and leading through change within a fast paced, geographically dispersed organization, with rapidly shifting goals required

Proactive leader with an agile mindset and an eagerness to lead transformation

Extensive knowledge of HR strategies & programs, including but not limited to leadership coaching, employee engagement, DEI&B, organizational design, compensation, workforce planning, policies & compliance, talent development and change management.
