Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP of Licensing, North America
Helping with day to day account management of existing clients such as WOLFpak, Evry Jewels, Val Cucina, Steven Singer Jewelers and Dream Big Little Co.
Assisting with Licensee reporting and administration e.g. reporting royalties on time, marketing commitment, CMF reports, marketing plans etc.
Aligning with Head of Product Development to support clients where necessary
Supporting clients across marketing, advertising and PR efforts to maximise their license
Exploring new license opportunities for existing clients in order to grow their licensing business
Reviewing and responding to relevant North American based enquiries received from our website, email or LinkedIn
Helping to evaluate leads and prospects to determine suitability to both licensing in general and becoming a Born to License client
Understanding the licensing landscape and which properties are expected to be most beneficial for Born to License clients
Assisting with the pitching for licenses on behalf of clients
Providing support throughout the licensing contract process to ensure it is as smooth as possible
Upkeep of Licensee/prospect tracker
Assisting with PR opportunities where appropriate
Invoicing and chasing overdue payment
Attendance at industry events and tradeshows including Licensing Expo in Las Vegas
Creating newsletters
Diary management /Booking in meetings
Content creation and management for social media including LinkedIn and Instagram
Other duties as requested by company CEO, VP of Licensing or Head of Product Development
