Responsibilities
Support our VP of Marketing in the development and maintenance of our marketing calendar in notion
Create comprehensive creative briefs for multi-channel campaigns (paid social, organic social, email, SMS, website)
Support our VP of Marketing in the conceptualization of omnichannel marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal brand campaigns, seasonal sales, and more
Collaborate with external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all channels
Produce high-quality creative assets including social media content, photo and video ads, and occasional blog posts
Write and review marketing copy across all channels, maintaining our brand's tone of voice
Manage and collaborate with vendors that are producing photoshoots, video production or other creative projects for Laundry Sauce
Direct and coordinate in-house photoshoots, video production, and other creative projects
Work closely with the VP of Marketing to translate brand strategy into actionable creative deliverables
Partner with external agencies to brief and review creative work
Collaborate with product development team to align creative messaging with product launches
Coordinate with email, paid social, and organic social teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution

Required
5+ years of experience in creative production and brand strategy, preferably in luxury, beauty, and/or premium CPG brands
Proven track record of developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling and brand building
Experience managing digital creative projects from conception to completion
Proficiency in digital creative tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Outstanding aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
Excellent writing and editing abilities, with a sophisticated understanding of contemporary luxury brand voice
Strong project management capabilities and organizational skills
Understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends
Ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives
Strong skills in videography & photography
Preferred
Obsessed with exploring and experimenting with fragrance (in home, body and/or fine fragrance)
Strategic mindset with strong creative instincts
Entrepreneurial mentality with ability to work independently as needed
Understanding of luxury market dynamics and consumer behavior
Passion for brand building and storytelling
Demonstrated skills in graphic design, particularly in Figma
