Responsibilities
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and deactivation.
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Monitor and manage tickets in ITSM system.
Maintain detailed records of customer communication, problems, and remedial action taken through ITSM.
Prioritize and respond to support requests in a timely manner.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary.
Ensure that all support tickets are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and fix problems.
Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.
Develop and maintain standard technical guidance to be referenced by users and technical personnel.
Maintain inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software.
Work closely with other DAI Technology team members to support organizational IT needs.
Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve overall team performance.
Work on-site to collaborate with team members and attend in-person meetings.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in a help desk environment.
Accomplishment of a college degree in computer science or related field. Equivalent combinations of experience and training will be considered.
Experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting system problems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating system.
Proficiency with MAC and iOS devices and applications.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software theory.
Must be a detailed, flexible self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, often requiring short turn-around time.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
P3: 5 years experience working in a computer support position, in a corporate environment.
Experience with ManageEngine (EndpointCentral).
Experience with enterprise ITSM (Freshservice).
A+ Certification.
Network+ Certification.
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA.
