Snowflake shop
Snowflake Certified is a big plus (SnowPro)
ETL processes
Strong understanding of healthcare Data Standards is a plus (HL7, FHIR)
Strong understanding of EMR / EHR system integration (Athena, Mirth, etc)
Data migration
Modern data engineering practices, etc.
Opentable formats like datalake and iceberg
Exposed to databricks pipeline
Data mesh exposure
Must see the Data frameworks they have worked with in the resume
Exposure to delta lake, data mesh approaches, iceberg tables and exposure to databricks pipelines
