Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire proposal writing process for government contracts, from RFP analysis to final submission.
Develop and write compelling, compliant, and tailored proposals to win federal contracts in the Intelligence, IT, Healthcare, and Construction sectors.
Collaborate closely with our leadership team and partners, including disabled veteran-owned businesses, to determine workshare and project contributions.
Conduct detailed cost estimating, ensuring that budgets are competitive, realistic, and compliant with government regulations.
Analyze RFPs and RFIs to ensure accurate responses that meet or exceed the government’s expectations.
Develop pricing models that align with industry standards and client specifications.
Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
Participate in strategy sessions to help determine pricing and value propositions for competitive bids.

Required
Proven experience in government proposal writing with a strong understanding of federal contracting processes.
Cost estimating expertise, particularly in federal contract environments, with knowledge of pricing strategies, GSA schedules, and FAR compliance.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners and stakeholders, especially in joint venture and workshare models.
Strong knowledge of RFP/RFI processes and best practices in federal procurement.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Entrepreneurial mindset —ready to work in a commission-only or workshare arrangement.
Ability to operate independently with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Preferred
Familiarity with the Intelligence Community, IT, Healthcare, and Construction sectors is highly preferred.
