Responsibilities
Lead sites from early-stage development through construction readiness and financial closing
Collaborate with internal and external teams in areas including, but not limited to site acquisition, real estate and title, interconnection, engineering, survey, and policy
Gather market intelligence and expand relationships with governments and utilities
Lead land origination efforts and associated internal and external parties
Submit permit applications and attend permitting meetings

Required
3+ years' experience developing solar & storage projects in the Midwest
Proven success of taking renewable energy projects from site selection to NTP
Experience dealing with Federal, State, and local regulators, agencies, and regulatory processes
Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and permitting processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pace environment
