Responsibilities
Manage customer onboarding, ensuring successful implementation and optimal use of the platform.
Collaborate with clients to help them configure complex forms for various teams and use cases.
Address technical challenges within the platform by writing code or working with the product engineering team.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, representing their needs and feedback.
Present product results to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
Conduct product demos, answered client questions, and shared best practices.
Identify and overcome blockers to customer adoption through content, education, product enhancements, and training.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
Support team growth by participating in the interview process for implementation engineers.

Required
Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
Proficiency with REST & SOAP integrations.
Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
