Responsibilities

Partner with operations and merchandising to onboard, pay, and support our marketplace vendors; proactively investigate issues and manage resolution tracking.

Drive process improvements for a scalable vendor payment process that aligns with Maisonette’s growth and strategic goals.

Support sales tax reporting compliance by monitoring tax nexus, setting up and applying tax codes, and coordinating with third-party service providers to ensure timely filing.

Lead month-end closing activities, including recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and conducting analytics.

Play a key role in the implementation of a new e-commerce system.

Collaborate with FP&A to perform analytics, prepare budgets, and conduct other ad hoc analysis as needed.

Assist in preparing, managing, and fulfilling year-end audit requests.

Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting packages and annual GAAP financial statements.

Participate in ad-hoc projects aimed at building scalable accounting and finance processes that support Maisonette’s growth.
