Responsibilities
Take full responsibilities of the daily operation of customer service function to handle all initial inquiries from customers, dealers, and general public regarding order placement, complaints, technical support and etc.
Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools; identify and interpret customers’ requirements, shape these requirements to fit company research & manufacturing capabilities and communicate these to customers
Work closely with Sales Account Managers as a consultant to clients on technical matters to improve customer satisfaction. Solve technical and order issues for the customers to maintain customer relationship together with sales managers
Arrange telecommunications and give technical presentations to customers

Required
Master's degree or PhD in relevant life science fields including but not limited to cell biology, immunology, and molecular biology
Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese, verbally and in writing
Good presentation skills with scientific content
Customer-focused, proactive/action-oriented with good business acumen
Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, organization and time management skills
Preferred
2-3 years of commercial experience will be an advantage
Previous industry experience in a similar commercial role will be an advantage
