Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive testing plans and strategies aligned with project goals.

Oversee the execution of testing plans to ensure quality assurance and product integrity.

Collaborate with the QA team to define testing methodologies (functional, integration, regression, etc.) and ensure thorough coverage.

Manage testing of APIs, ensuring they meet functional requirements, performance, and security standards.

Coordinate and execute API testing processes.

Troubleshoot and work with development teams to resolve API issues.

Act as the key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders across departments.

Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in layman's terms to ensure clear understanding across all levels of the organization.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, escalating issues as necessary.

Create and manage launch checklists to ensure smooth project deployment and go-live activities.

Ensure all dependencies, integrations, and testing steps are completed and validated prior to launch.

Coordinate and facilitate pre-launch meetings to ensure all departments are aligned and ready for the release.

Work closely with developers to ensure testing plans align with development timelines and expectations.

Ensure that integration testing is thoroughly executed across systems, databases, and third-party applications.

Advocate for best practices to optimize developer experience during testing and integration efforts.

Proactively identify risks related to testing, integration, or deployment and work to mitigate them.

Support the development team by troubleshooting and resolving any testing-related issues quickly.

Create detailed reports documenting testing outcomes, API performance, integration issues, and project progress.

Maintain clear and organized project documentation for future reference and audits.

Manage multiple projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Manage project contracts and ensure compliance with terms.

Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback through various communication channels.

Lead project meetings and facilitate discussions to drive progress.

Plan and schedule project activities, maintain records, and oversee deliverables.

Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.

Guide and support team members to achieve project goals.

Required

Proven ability to assess needs and meet high service standards.

Experience in managing multiple projects effectively with strong problem-solving abilities.

Superior command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of office procedures, project management best practices, and CMS software (Asana).

Experience with Postman.

Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and version control tools.

Ability to evaluate solutions and make informed decisions.

Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for team leadership.
