Responsibilities
Build sustainable software tools, tests, and services, empowering development teams and Quality Assurance to protect the quality of shipped titles.
Ensure appropriate technology is selected and implemented to maximize overall business benefits, with a focus on modern software engineering processes and best practices.
Design, author, test, and deploy automated tests, covering multiple test scenarios, and interpreting requests from QA and engineering partners.
Measurably improve processes and best practices, leading a team of engineers to develop automation frameworks, tools, engine components, and processes used across studios.
Collaborate with customers to define and execute the team's roadmap, delivering required technology, methods, and processes to support opportunities across EA studios worldwide.
Address roadblocks and inefficiencies, proposing and applying creative or technical solutions to improve workflows and processes.

Required
7+ years of experience in software development i.e. .NET Web development, with expertise in C++, C# or similar languages.
Proven experience in quality verification tools, test automation, and large-scale system design.
Experience leading technical/software teams.
Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, design patterns, test-driven development, CI/CD processes, and data structures.
Experience in testing within Agile and DevOps environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Previous experience in gaming or other performance-sensitive industries.
