Responsibilities

Analyze marketing and e-commerce data from Mavely influencer campaigns to develop insights and findings to help brand clients grow. This includes social media, creator content, affiliate marketing and analytics, to assess performance and ROI.
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the revenue team to design and implement data-driven campaigns that align with business objectives. Be a bridge between the data team and the revenue team.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making. Be comfortable in both a client facing role as well as working with technical resources.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Assist in A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize campaigns and user experience.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5 years experience as a marketing analyst or in a similar role, preferably in social commerce or digital marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, etc).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner both internally and externally.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

Familiarity with social media marketing and influencer strategies is a plus.
