Responsibilities
Own client relationships: Be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform.
Drive client success: Help customers set up integrations, understand their data, and use our AI-driven insights to improve their business.
Deliver valuable insights: Generate and present reports that summarize feedback data, highlight trends, and offer actionable recommendations.
Be a technical resource: Assist customers with integrating Macorva with other SaaS platforms (HR systems, ticketing systems, etc.).

Required
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in customer success or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
