Responsibilities
Being able to listen to a client's challenges and translate those challenges into a survey that can provide solutions.
Being able to write an effective survey using best practices of survey design.
Program surveys using online cloud-based platforms, such as Qualtrics, Surveymonkey, or Alchemer.
Collect data from large groups of consumers
Assess data quality and clean data in a way that doesn't skew the results
Execute statistical analysis on the data collected in a way that yields insights for the client
Design a report that shows the support of the data but also tells a story that ties the survey results together.
Assessing survey items and scales for their psychometric properties.

Required
Experience in market research or related research discipline
Degree in psychology, marketing, market research, or related discipline
Some demonstrable experience using psychology in previous work or having training in specific psychological methods (e.g., psychometrics)
Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (Q, R required)
Excellent knowledge with at least one online survey platform
Excellent knowledge working with panel providers
