Responsibilities
Assist the Content Managers with content development
Maintain production schedules and help keep all productions on target
Script and audio review as needed
Learn and use content management systems to manage assets
Listen to and assess audio content for product development
QA test all audio content on the Toniebox
Work within project management tools to upload final content files
Liaise with international teams to ensure content is uploaded and all required assets are created
Liaise with internal Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure all content deadlines are met by launch
Assist with product and packaging development for all tonies
Acquire style guides and assets from licensors
Work with the internal production and design teams on the figurine design and development
Review packaging and booklet copy
Assist in routing all packaging designs to licensors and communicate clearly all feedback and changes
Project manage the digital content library
Track when content goes live and/or should expire
Ensure that all necessary assets have been added (artwork, description, audio samples etc).
Keep U.S. and Global Digital Content Trackers up-do-date
Collaborate with eCommerce, Marketing, Customer Happiness and Sales to ensure all teams have what they need when is comes to the content portfolio, including:
Content descriptions
Consumer copy
Age level
Content time and track duration
Review acquisition submissions and licensor proposals and provide feedback as requested

Required
Minimum of 1-3 years of licensing, audio, and/or content development experience in the children’s publishing, media, or toy space, and with a passion for storytelling and audio
Deadline driven
Ability to work well under pressure and problem-solve
Ability to work independently in a team setting
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert with Microsoft Office software and Google Drive
Familiarity with Trello, Asana, and/or Zoho and other project management tools
Strong project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency. Superior ability to manage short- and long-term projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred
Prior work experience in children’s media is a plus
