Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to enhance organizational visibility and engage the community.
Manage and mentor teams across various functions including social media, email marketing, web design, content production, public relations, and partnership outreach.
Coordinate with the Leadership and other departments to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
Oversee the production of digital content, manage social media platforms, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Facilitate internal and external communications, representing the marketing department in strategic meetings.
Implement and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Engage in continuous learning and adaptation to refine marketing approaches and tactics.

Required
Proven experience in strategic marketing and communications, preferably with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong capabilities in project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms to drive engagement and community growth.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing marketing challenges.
Preferred
