Responsibilities

Works in partnership with the Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to support existing and new accounts. Develop strong relationships with existing and new accounts to retain and grow existing business. Develops fundamental prospecting and sales skills by shadowing Territory Sales Managers (TSM) on sales calls and site visits when applicable.
Work closely with Territory Sales Managers, Marketing team, Product Management and Distributor Partners (When applicable), to overcome customer obstacles in order to maintain existing accounts and gain new business.
Optimize sales resources to most effectively accelerate profitable sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while managing a territory operating budget.
Utilizes and updates CRM MS 365 platform daily to manage the assigned territory.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education or 2 years of work experience required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience of B2B sales or technical support position required that includes the following: Sales experience or knowledge of the food & beverage processing market, or Sales and/or Marketing experience or knowledge of the health care market
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), TEAMs and/or similar remote meeting applications required
Excellent verbal and written communication
Must be proficient in contract negotiation skills
Must be able to use discretion and independent judgement.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must be able to pay close attention to details.
Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment.
Must be able to lift/carry 20 pounds.
