Grow our customer base: Strategically develop alliances with potential and existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

Solution Architect: Uncover your customers' challenges and propose effective solutions from OTS's innovative product portfolio.

Hit the Road: Travel to customer locations to foster strong connections and close deals.

Required

Must reside in one of the following locations: Williston, ND; Minot, ND; Dickinson, ND; or Denver, CO.
A minimum of 3 years in operations/sales or 3 years in oil & gas production experience
Experience selling technical products is a bonus.
You have a knack for turning leads into opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
You excel at building strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
Your influence and persuasion skills are top-notch, allowing you to present and close deals effectively.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with a diverse audience.
Integrity and confidentiality are paramount to you.
You can seamlessly work independently and collaboratively.
You have a keen eye for detail and can solve problems logically and analytically.
You prioritize effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
Be prepared to travel 25-50% of the time.
