Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team in the development of creative concepts and designs for print, digital, and multimedia projects.

Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Ensure high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.

Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.

Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and prototypes to stakeholders.

Direct and supervise photo shoots, video productions, and other creative endeavors to ensure they align with the overall vision.

Manage, mentor, and inspire interns and Jr designers

Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the team meets project deadlines and quality standards.

Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
