Responsibilities

Verify annuity new business applications and forms for completeness.

Develop knowledge of regulatory and departmental guidelines to ensure application compliance.

Enter new applications into company systems, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Manage annuity new business processes, including applying funds and issuing contracts using workflow systems.

Communicate with insurance agents to obtain required documents and provide application status updates.

Resolve issues related to new business requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business-related matters.
