Responsibilities
Effectively manage and uplevel a team of leaders and quota-carrying individual contributors while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
Accurately forecast and track leading indicators to ensure consistent and predictable results that align with Huntress’s objectives and revenue goals
Work with partners to be a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction and grow partner adoption while delivering exceptional customer service
Build, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels across all Huntress partners to drive increased visibility and grow partnerships
Execute a customer and partner engagement process to ensure great communication with our existing customers and partners

Required
7+ years of experience leading account management teams, sales teams, or related fields, ideally focused on mid-market and below
Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective and efficient partner growth strategies
Preferred
Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a plus
Strong knowledge of the MSP space is a plus
