Responsibilities
Use extensive government contractual expertise to oversee implementation, execution, and administration of a diverse range of contracts, including competitive, sole source, and directed prime and subcontract customer awards.
Provide guidance to cross-functional business team members and clients, conducting risk assessments and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Review complex solicitations and prepare comprehensive responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications encompassing both products and services.
Skillfully negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, contract modifications, and follow-on within delegated authority limits.
Offer contractual support and mentorship to junior contracts team members and business team members.
Proactively identify and communicate potential non-compliance issues and other challenges that may impact the company adversely.
Manage, support, and streamline daily work activities to ensure seamless compliance with corporate, contract, and federal requirements.
Coordinate various types of agreements, subcontracts, and other contract/program support documents effectively with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other key stakeholders.
Provide proactive support, management, and tracking of contractual documentation, action items, and critical data.
Support or undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in full federal government contract life cycle management for a federal government contractor.
Exceptional use of independent judgment and creativity in resolving contract and process improvement issues.
Detail-oriented, accountable, and adaptable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with spreadsheets.
Being a self-starter and continual learner.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work within a team-oriented environment.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Must be a US Citizen
