Responsibilities
Provide frontline support for end-users on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, including sales agents and order management agents
Investigate, triage, and resolve user-reported issues related to Sales Cloud features, workflows, and data accuracy
Assist with user inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide guidance on system navigation and functionality

Required
Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Must have Salesforce Admin certification.
Experience in typical business flow from Lead to Order (SFA + CPQ + OM).
Effective communication and customer service abilities.
Preferred
Knowledge/Experience in Comms Cloud would be a plus.
Salesforce Production Support: 6 years.
