Responsibilities
Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS.
Provide architectural guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with various technical and non-technical teams to develop and implement robust cloud solutions.
Select appropriate AWS services based on data, compute, database, or security requirements.
Hands-on design of distributed systems and applications on the AWS Cloud.
Identify and gather requirements to define solutions built and operated on cloud infrastructure.
Assess existing infrastructure and recommend modifications as necessary.
Educate teams on architectural principles and best practices at various technical levels.
Ensure solutions and infrastructures align with security standards.
Lead technical and design discussions to expedite the adoption of new technologies and practices.
Implement and maintain storage and backup solutions provided by AWS.

Required
12 years of expertise in operating systems such as Red Hat Linux and Windows.
10 years of experience designing and deploying systems on AWS.
10 years of providing architectural guidance across projects.
10 years of collaborating with diverse teams to deliver cloud solutions.
10 years of selecting appropriate AWS services for specific requirements.
10 years of hands-on experience with distributed systems and AWS Cloud applications.
8 years of experience defining and operating cloud infrastructure solutions.
8 years of assessing and recommending infrastructure modifications.
8 years of educating teams on best practices.
8 years of ensuring alignment with security standards.
8 years of leading technical discussions to adopt new practices.
8 years of working knowledge of AWS storage and backup solutions.
8 years of experience with ITIL ticketing tools such as Remedy and ServiceNow.
8 years of experience managing Archer GRC.
Preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of networking protocols preferred.
General knowledge of database systems (Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres) preferred.
Knowledge of IAM and cybersecurity principles preferred.
AWS Solutions Architect Certification preferred.
