Responsibilities
Handling inbound/outbound calls and providing the highest level of customer service consistently
Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
Completing application data entry and responding to online chat inquiries
Following defined procedures, policies, and regulated guidelines for communications
Self-study, training, and testing to proceed through certifications

Required
18 years of age or older
Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
Commitment to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
Preferred
Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
Previous experience in a Call Center
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Spanish Bilingual, a plus
