Responsibilities

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team.
Collaborate with product managers to define and execute product roadmaps.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software engineering management.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions.

Preferred

Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience with data engineering or machine learning.
