Responsibilities
Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions
Design engaging and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the usability and experience of our products
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate the functionality, interactivity, and look and feel of the product
Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other team members to understand requirements and turn concepts into valuable, user-centered experiences
Conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs based on insights to improve usability and satisfaction
Help maintain and expand our design system to ensure a consistent visual language and cohesive user experience across all platforms
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate the user experience

Required
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally with direct experience designing for B2C applications. Portfolio required
Demonstrated experience in optimizing B2C interfaces with an understanding of user needs, engagement, and retention
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, etc
Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform design decisions and refine experiences
A deep empathy for users and an understanding of user motivations, needs, and behaviors in a subscription-based platform
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to create designs that are both visually appealing and functionally seamless
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive approach to solving design challenges and incorporating feedback
Preferred
Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web design
Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices
