Responsibilities

Assign VIP players to the proper host, and balance territory assignments on a monthly and quarterly cadence to ensure our VIPs receive the best experience possible.

Act as a trusted advisor when making strategic hiring decisions based on data analysis to optimize resource allocation, maximize sales productivity, and achieve revenue targets in each territory.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all questions around planning and book of business assignments.

Evolve current procedures by identifying gaps to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.

Partner with cross-functional departments to strategize and maximize team performance.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience in territory management or a related field to drive process improvements, particularly in provisioning.

Demonstrate strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills and efficiently manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

Excel in a fast-paced environment, remain self-motivated, and adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Proficiency in applications such as Excel, Google Sheets, Snowflake, and Salesforce.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to managers and leadership.
