Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy to support business objectives and drive growth

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify key business metrics and reporting requirements

Build out the full suite of management and operational reporting, including dashboards, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports

Lead a small team of BI professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship as needed

Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data warehouses to support reporting and analytics needs

Ensure data accuracy and completeness, and identify opportunities for data quality improvements

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in BI and analytics, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our reporting capabilities

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

7+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of BI professionals

Experience developing and implementing BI strategies and solutions

Advanced knowledge of BI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Looker, SSRS, SQL and native reporting in the cloud data platforms – Snowflake, Azure, AWS

Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
