Responsibilities

Develop migration strategies for EHR to a new SaaS model

Conduct data assessment, cleansing, and mapping, ensuring compatibility

Document the migration process, design workflows, and work with SMEs to ensure requirements are met

Ensure data migration aligns with HHSC standards, including HIPAA

Establish data integrity protocols, validation, and auditing

Develop and execute test scripts, manage scenarios, and analyze results

Debug issues to ensure system reliability post-migration

Provide regular updates, resolve issues, and present technical challenges and progress to stakeholders

Train end-users, optimize system performance, and prepare documentation
