Senior Power Platform Software Engineer (W2 Candidates Only)

Responsibilities
Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
Investigate problem areas and design system specifications, standards, and programming to create effective solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps utilizing Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as backend data storage models.
Build and maintain Power Automate Flows for business process automation.
Create insightful Power BI reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with team members to deliver enhancements and provide support for existing applications, including the Legislative Tracking System (LTS) 2.0 Power Platform application.
Utilize Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, to deliver high-quality results.
Stay updated with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center best practices.

Required
8+ years of experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments.
8+ years as a Software Engineer or Application Developer.
8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutions.
8+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
8+ years of experience with Agile development processes and sprint planning.
8+ years of experience in designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, or other backend data storage.
8+ years of experience in designing and developing Power BI reports.
8+ years of experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process Flows.
Strong understanding of Dataverse tables and their uses.
Proficiency with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.
Preferred
3+ years of communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
Teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
