Responsibilities
Collaborate with all members of the Life Brokerage team to provide superior customer service for insurance agents, financial advisors, and their clients
Act as the primary contact for all in-force policy owner service requests
Develop and maintain relationships with outside producers and carrier service contacts to assist in leveraging positive servicing outcomes
Process and deliver all policy owner correspondence to producers
Cross training in other areas of the life agency such as new business case manager, licensing, underwriting
Additional duties as assigned

Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably within the financial services or insurance industries
Must have or be willing to obtain a Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance License
Advanced computer skills; MS Office Suite and Cloud-based software proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and keen problem-solving abilities
Confidentiality of consumer information
Ability to learn new processes and technology
Detail-oriented
Effective time management and organizational skills
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
