Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads via telemarketing and email, transitioning them to the sales team.
Follow up on marketing-qualified leads, conducting necessary research to set meetings for the sales team.
Participate in targeted calling campaigns based on pre-defined account/prospect lists.
Meet key performance indicators (KPI’s) for call and email volume.
Identify and engage with key buying influencers in target accounts to assess budget and project timelines.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Keep detailed client records updated in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.com.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives using Outlook.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations effectively via webcasts for prospective clients.
Regularly communicate updates on relevant deals with management and sales team members.
Support sales efforts at trade shows and other meetings as required.
Effectively communicate within hospital organizations, from departmental contacts to C-level leadership.
Participate in quarterly and annual sales meetings.
Attend regularly scheduled training sessions and product showcase engagements to maintain product knowledge.
Provide feedback to management on product and market dynamics.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years of telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience. Candidates without direct sales experience will be considered if they demonstrate high academic achievements and relevant prior work experience.
Develop and maintain detailed client records using CRM software, Salesforce.com
Present and demonstrate product in an effective manner via webcast
Support sales efforts at trade shows and other meetings
Provide regular communication and updates on relevant deals with manager and members of the sales team
Professional and courteous phone presence
Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
Flexibility and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Set customer appointments for sales reps via Outlook.
