Responsibilities
Design and implement integrations between different systems and applications
Write clean, testable, and efficient code to support integration solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and design solutions
Debug and troubleshoot integration issues
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
Document integration design, testing, and maintenance processes
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in integration engineering.
Maintain compliance with the knowledge requirements outlined on the department intranet site
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a related position
Intermediate level understanding of integration patterns, frameworks, and technologies
Advanced in one programming language used in integrations
Intermediate level experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices
Beginner level knowledge of cloud computing, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Intermediate level familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, HL7, and FHIR data formats
Advanced level understanding of software testing and debugging
Advanced level problem-solving skills
Intermediate level ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Intermediate level track record of delivering results with a sense of urgency, integrity, and dependability
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Applicable Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
