Responsibilities
Drafting motions, complaints, discovery, briefs, and letters
Negotiation of settlements with opposing attorneys
Legal research and writing
Developing legal strategies
Working directly with clients
Learning the practice and business of law
Working on a team of 9 real estate attorneys in California
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner

Required
Experience or strong interest in litigation or real estate
Desire to work at a technology-focused law firm
Strong computer and Internet skills
Proficient with Google Workspaces (Gmail and Google Sheets) and Microsoft Word
Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
High degree of autonomy, self-motivation, and creativity
Membership in the State Bar of California or awaiting bar number after exam results
Preferred
