Responsibilities

The delivery manager is expected to work with teams within the organization to identify and create a plan around budget, team structures, scope, and other items to help deliver against OKRs.

Facilitate weekly cross functional meetings to empower teams to raise risks and collaboratively create solutions to impediments, risks, and challenges to organization goals and objectives.

Continuously monitor and improve contractor development to elevate contractor abilities, skills, and morale to help improve KPIs.

Facilitates successful staffing and onboarding process of staffing to ensure resources are onboarded and effective.

Create management, communication plans and processes like Risk and Issue management, OKR lifecycle etc.

Proactively identify waste, process improvements, and team improvements.

Develop an evolving strategy to help meet the objectives.

Facilitate weekly cross functional meetings to empower teams to raise risks and collaboratively create solutions.

Ensure risks are tracked, owned, and driven to solution by the team.

Continuously monitor and improve contractor development to elevate contractor abilities, skills, and morale.

Work to ensure room to work with Coaches and COEs and provide visibility and transparency on initiatives.

Facilitates successful staffing and onboarding process of staffing.

Create management, communication plans and processes like Risk and Issue management, OKR lifecycle.
