Responsibilities
Identify and prospect for target new referral partnerships
Schedule initial and ongoing business development meetings with key decision-makers
Use and leverage CRM to optimize results
Work cross-functionally with appropriate NexTrust teams
Identify opportunities to improve the current systems and processes
Effectively communicate and coordinate both externally and internally
Provide exceptional customer experiences in every interaction
