Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end evaluation process for new technology solutions across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and success metrics for technology pilots.
Evaluate customer workflows to optimize the use of technology investments.
Manage the implementation of pilot programs, ensuring proper alignment with stakeholders and timely reporting of outcomes.
Lead change management across new technology pilots to ensure smooth adoption.
Ensure that new technology pilots are scalable and sustainable for long-term success, with a focus on minimizing disruption during implementation.
Document and disseminate knowledge for new technology pilots and enterprise implementations.
Facilitate enterprise-wide new technology implementations, preserving the product’s value proposition from initial pilot through full-scale deployment.
Deliver project management expertise for enterprise implementations as required.
Stay informed on emerging technologies within the veterinary industry and recommend innovative solutions to meet business goals.
Serve as a subject matter expert in data automation and insights to ensure effective integration of new technology.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding new technology initiatives, managing expectations and providing regular updates on progress and outcomes.
Lead discussions with key partners, including IT, operations, finance, and clinical teams, to ensure successful technology adoption.
Maintain comprehensive project dashboards and ensure all program-related communications are clear, timely, and well-documented.
Manage and process incoming new technology and mobile app requests, considering their alignment with the overall enterprise strategy.
Ensure requests are thoroughly evaluated and integrated into the company’s technology roadmap.
Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals, maintaining transparent communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the request lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, to ensure the successful integration of new technologies into the enterprise.
Review and analyze new technology contracts, ensuring they meet company goals and technology standards.
Lead RFP (Request for Proposal) processes from an IT and business requirements perspective, coordinating with stakeholders to capture needs, define criteria, and evaluate vendor solutions.
Continuously assess and optimize workflows for managing new technology requests to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in technology evaluation, product management, or innovation roles.
Strong understanding of data automation, insights, and new technology trends.
Proven track record with process mapping, gap analysis and process redesign.
Experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Experience leading change management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Experience in contract analysis and vendor negotiations.

Preferred

Experience within the veterinary or healthcare industry.
PMP or relevant project management certification.
Experience managing technology pilot programs and innovation initiatives.
