Responsibilities
Utilizing SailPoint for identity governance and CyberArk for privileged access management, you’ll be responsible for requirements analysis, configuration, and integration support related to these systems.
Provisioning and Access Management : Lead provisioning, access management, and directory services, ensuring that all solutions align with company security protocols and support seamless user experience.
Requirements Gathering : Engage with stakeholders to solicit, capture, and document requirements effectively. Ensure a thorough understanding of business needs, translating them into actionable system requirements.
Documentation & Diagramming : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for access and provisioning workflows. Help produce technical diagrams and architecture documentation to support system clarity and future initiatives.
Technical Documentation : Develop detailed technical documentation for system implementations, configurations, and changes, ensuring all relevant stakeholders can access necessary insights and guidance.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Testing Support : Lead UAT and testing efforts to verify and validate system functionality, working closely with end-users to identify, document, and resolve any issues.

Required
10+ years of related experience, with a focus on security or access management
Experience with SailPoint and/or CyberArk highly preferred
Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, directory services, and integration with IAM tools
Knowledge of how SSO, MFA, and SAML play a role in access management
Cybersecurity Acumen (Not Engineering-Focused): Possess a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices, primarily focused on security BSA responsibilities rather than hands-on engineering
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or HP ALM to track issues and testing outcomes
Strong technical documentation and diagramming skills to support system clarity and project stakeholders
Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements in a clear, organized, and actionable format
Experienced in leading and supporting UAT efforts, including test case development and results documentation
Preferred
Experience within Pharmaceuticals or a similarly regulated industry
Skilled with Visio or Lucidchart for illustrating IAM workflows, system architectures, and data flows
Automated testing experience with tools or scripts for IAM systems is beneficial
Knowledge of vulnerabilities and threats specific to IAM, such as account takeovers and privilege escalation
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently and proactively
Collaborative approach in working cross-functionally with teams like IT, security, compliance, and development
