Responsibilities

Work closely with leaders, People Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand leadership development needs and tailor programs accordingly. Act as a sparing partner for senior leaders to drive culture and collaboration
Ensure global consistency and alignment of leadership development initiatives across different regions and cultures.
Identify and onboard external learning partners to scale and deploy leadership programs globally, utilizing a variety of instructional methods, ensuring quality and alignment with company standards.
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders and leaders, helping them to achieve their full potential.
When required lead engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and seminars for leaders at various levels.
Partner with the People analytics team to measure programs and determine the impact of leadership initiatives, ensuring they are impactful and aligned with organizational needs.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development to further enhance leadership initiatives and build operational effectiveness.
Manage program translation into local language when required through an external provider or a local translation company.

Required

Proven track record in learning and development with in-depth knowledge of instructional design, experiential learning and user experience.
Experience in working with (senior) leaders and strong sense for their business requirements and individual needs.
Experience with innovative learning technology methods (build-test-iterate) to empower digital, remote and scalable learning solutions to engage disbursed teams and remote employees.
Knowledgeable in design thinking, innovation and internal/external consulting/partnering skills.
Outstanding communication skills to promote programs, influence across the organization and drive collaboration.
Great analytical thinking skills to assess and measure impact of programs and experiences.

Preferred

3-5 years’ experience in learning and development in the medical device or life sciences industry preferred.
