Responsibilities
Develop hypotheses around various growth initiatives; Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Lead and execute special projects aimed at achieving growth targets, including pilot programs, new market entry strategies, and operational improvements.
Design, implement, and assess pilot projects to test new ideas and strategies; evaluate outcomes and refine approaches based on data.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align strategies and ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required
2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, startup business strategy, or operations.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and working collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
Preferred
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
Familiarity with logistics, storage, or moving industries is a plus.
