Responsibilities
Analyze as-is reporting processes
Advise the City on best practices
Configure/activate reporting methods that are not being utilized in the current system
Set up Role-based permissions, if necessary
Document all configuration/system changes
Knowledge transfer to ERP technical staff of system changes and capabilities

Required
Have a minimum of five years of experience working with SuccessFactors
Learning, Performance & Goals and/or Recruiting & Onboarding
Be familiar with all reporting methods available in SuccessFactors
Possess either an Associate or Professional level SuccessFactors certification
