Responsibilities
Collaborate with and assist clients with implementing Colleague software suite and connected applications.
Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure that solutions align with their business processes.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the Ellucian Colleague system, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables, setting priorities and ensuring that all milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Offer innovative solutions to clients’ technical requests on their Colleague software suite.

Required
Strong understanding of Colleague’s functional and technical aspects, with the ability to configure, extend, and integrate system capabilities effectively.
Proficient in Envision and UniBasic for Colleague programming.
Familiarity or willingness to learn tools like JavaScript and React for Ellucian Experience SDK card customization.
Experience with Colleague system administration, setup, and proactive monitoring.
Proficient in managing system backups, updates, and new release installations.
Experience with Colleague release installations, updates, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth version transitions.
Proficiency in Colleague Self-Service, Envision, Workflow, ELF programming, and Colleague Studio.
Strong communication skills with a customer-service approach, capable of translating technical issues into clear, actionable terms for users.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional Colleague issues.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site support and client engagement.
Preferred
Hands-on experience with data migration/conversion processes geared towards SaaS migrations.
Advanced skills in SQL for data queries, manipulation, and reporting.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting API integrations (REST, SOAP).
Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) and SaaS deployments.
Experience with SSO implementation (SAML, OAuth).
Ellucian Experience: Custom card development, UI enhancements.
Creation and management of integration pipelines.
Automated workflows to streamline processes.
Leveraging data insights for decision-making.
Integration with learning management systems.
