Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures for GenAI applications, ensuring production-grade quality and scalability.
Technical Decision Making: Evaluate design patterns, frameworks, and technology trade-offs to align with GenAI best practices and software engineering principles.
Team Guidance & Mentorship: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to a team of architects and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Hands-On Development: Actively contribute to research, prototyping, and implementation of key AI gateway components, primarily in C and Python.
Product Development Mindset: Approach development with a focus on cost efficiency, security, scalability, ease of use, and other critical operational factors.

Required
Over 20 years of expertise in GenAI Architect role
Extensive experience in designing, developing, and productionizing generative AI (GenAI) and large language model (LLM)-based applications
Proficiency in C and Python with hands-on expertise
Significant experience with API-based projects and end-to-end deployment of GenAI solutions
Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for containerization, orchestration, and deployment
Working experience with Azure services (e.g., AI Search, OpenAI LLMs, Document Intelligence) and AWS services (e.g., EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock LLMs)
Familiarity with Okta for secure identity management and authentication within GenAI applications
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI SDKs in C to support seamless integration and application development
Proven experience in monitoring, tracing, and debugging distributed AI systems to ensure stability, performance, and optimal operation
Strong leadership skills with an ability to support, inspire, and guide team members
Excellent communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A keen eye for detail, a passion for AI, and a proactive problem-solving mindset suited to cutting-edge production environments
