Responsibilities
Model and train staff in the principles and practice of Positive Behavior Support methodology
Serve as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing expertise on behavioral issues
Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results
Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients through various training and intervention methods
Participate in Behavior Intervention Committee, Human Rights Committee, and other relevant committees

Required
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
Minimum of two years’ experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
Documented completion of 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports
Ability to read, comprehend, and effectively present information in various settings
Preferred
Specialized training and/or experience in applied behavior principles and risk identification
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and make independent decisions
