Responsibilities
Execute Campaigns: Serve as the platform expert, independently building, configuring, and managing paid media campaigns on TikTok.
Analyze and Optimize: Monitor campaign performance meticulously, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to achieve and exceed KPIs.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA processes to ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness, maintaining high standards throughout execution.
A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing to refine strategies and maximize ROI, ensuring every campaign is optimized for success.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends and updates on TikTok to ensure campaigns are at the cutting edge.
Collaborate: Work closely within the team to contribute to overall success, while managing relationships with media partners to enhance campaign performance.

Required
2-4 years of hands-on experience in executing paid media campaigns, specifically on TikTok.
Experience within an agency environment or large-scale company.
Deep knowledge and experience with TikTok's advertising platform.
Highly analytical with a love for data.
Sharp eye for detail and a serious approach to QA processes.
Proactive, independent problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to present data and insights effectively to stakeholders.
