Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our lending platforms

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather high-level and detailed product requirements documents

Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring it's always up-to-date and properly prioritized

Collaborate with the team(s) to align priorities with overall strategy

Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams

Work closely with Scrum teams to plan sprints and deliver high-quality product increments

Conduct regular product demos and gather feedback from stakeholders and users

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions

Monitor and report on key product metrics and KPIs

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring our needs are met and future vision is planned for while managing costs

Understand and articulate the product vision internally and externally
